Rounded fenders and a lean, grounded body frame are classic Corvette design elements that have been the foundation of its exterior design for 60 years. It’s what makes a Corvette unmistakable and irresistible. Honor the Corvette heritage with the 60th Anniversary Design Package, which boasts an Arctic White exterior and a Blue Diamond leather-wrapped interior with sueded microfiber accents.

For 60 years, Corvette has elevated the standard of excellence among sports cars and earned its position as an icon.
Precision and excellence define Corvette convertible, from its standard 430-horsepower LS3 all-aluminum V8 engine to its 26-MPG-highway† fuel efficiency. Along with a refined interior and options for personalization, the 2013 Corvette convertible stands to reflect unparalleled distinction. Yours.
Corvette convertible is inspired by the speed and force echoing from the world’s most legendary racetracks, while remaining road ready. Its hydroformed steel structure gives Corvette its iconic shape and strength. It stabilizes the convertible so completely that no additional support is necessary, so relax and enjoy all of the performance Corvette has to offer
The standard 6.2-liter LS3 all-aluminum small block V8 engine powering the convertible produces 430 horsepower and 424 lb.-ft. of torque (436 horsepower and 428 lb.-ft. of torque with available dual-mode exhaust). And with its favorable power-to-weight ratio, Corvette convertible performs like a thoroughbred, with a 0 to 60 time of 4.2 seconds on the test track.
This all translates to off-track precision and performance, not to mention efficiency. Offering 26 MPG highway2 with manual transmission, Corvette convertible boasts a better highway fuel economy than Porsche 911 Targa 4S, and equals many 6-cylinder sports cars, including BMW Z4 ADrive35is3.
It will make your heart race, whether you’re on the track or not. The 2013 Grand Sport coupe is the only luxury sports car in its class to boast 0–60 mph under four seconds, 1g cornering capability and an impressive 26 MPG highway1 fuel economy for an unmatched combination of performance and efficiency.
Grand Sport is inspired by racing, which means you feel as close to the track behind the wheel no matter where you’re driving. That performance DNA runs through every inch of Grand Sport, pulling performance from the track-ready Z06 and combining them with street-ready features like its removable roof panel, and available automatic transmission.
Our philosophy on safety emphasizes prevention with important features such as Active Handling, run-flat tires and four-wheel antilock brakes, but in the event of a collision, Grand Sport is engineered for safety before, during and — thanks to OnStar® — after a collision to help keep you protected.
Active Handling and four-wheel antilock brakes help you stay on the road and in control to help avoid crashes in the first place, while standard high-intensity discharge xenon headlamps shed 900 lumens of light onto the road for excellent visibility. And if there’s a loss of tire pressure, its run-flat tires help enable safe function for some distance at a moderate speed until the tire can be repaired.
In the event of a collision, Corvette is designed to help keep you and your passengers protected with frontal and side-impact air bags that help protect you. Always use safety belts and child restraints. Children are safer when properly secured in a rear seat in the appropriate child restraint. See the Owner’s Manual for more information.
OnStar® with Directions & Connections® and Automatic Crash Response4 uses built-in sensors that can automatically alert an Advisor, who is immediately connected into your vehicle and can request emergency help be sent to your exact GPS location — even if you’re unable to respond. Standard for the first six months.
Grace and power are integrated in the 2013 Grand Sport convertible to create a presence equal to that found on the most legendary racetracks around the world. It embodies lessons learned on those racetracks, the results of which can be seen in the aggressive performance and intricate design. It’s the only convertible in its class to boast 0–60 mph under four seconds, 1g concerning capability and an impressive 26 MPG highway2 fuel efficiency.
Being racing inspired means you feel as close to the track behind the wheel no matter where you’re driving, while being a convertible means you feel open and unleashed to wherever the road takes you. And being a 2013 Grand Sport convertible? Well that means all of the above.

The aluminum-framed Z06 with carbon-fiber components throughout is the lightest and most balanced 2013 Corvette. Z06 has stunned competitors on and off the track since its return. We race to win, but also to build powerful and efficient vehicles. But we’re not going to lie — winning feels good.
Corvette Z06 is powered by a 7.0-Liter V8 engine, hand-built by skilled craftsmen at GM’s Performance Build Center in Michigan5 When it comes to performance, no amount of attention is too great and no detail is overlooked. That’s why Z06 offers available Michelin PS® Cup tires, an available carbon-fiber domed hood and Magnetic Selective Ride ControlTM with Performance Traction Management (PTM).
Everything we learn on the track is applied, because if it makes it a better race car, it makes it a better sports car, period. That’s just how we think.
When a luxury sports car is capable of a test-track top speed of 198 mph, it better have impressive brakes as well. Z06 uses monoblock 6-piston front calipers and 4-piston rear calipers, while the extra-large 14-inch front rotors and 13.4-inch rear rotors are vented and cross drilled. And launch control is standard with the short-throw 6-speed manual gearbox. It modulates engine rpm to lay the power down more smoothly while providing consistent acceleration times on the test track. Brembo® Carbon Ceramic Brakes — a braking system that helps with performance, weight and corrosion resistance — along with the Michelin® Pilot® Cup Tires, that offer 8% more grip than the standard tires, are also available as part of the Z07 Performance Package.
Z06 is powered by a 7.0-Liter (427 ci) LS7 aluminum-block V8 with an 11.0:1 compression ratio, each of which is handcrafted by our own skilled engine craftsmen at the GM Performance Build Center in Wixom, Michigan5. It delivers an SAE-certified 505 hp at 6300 rpm and 470 lb.-ft. of torque at 4800 rpm. The engine employs lightweight titanium intake valves and connecting rods, and contains a high-performance dry-sump oil system, which distributes pressurized oil to protect vital components under high-g driving conditions. And thanks to a litany of racing-derived components, Z06 weighs in at 3,199 lbs. curb and 3,041 lbs. dry, making it the lightest of the 2013 Corvette models.
Driving is collaboration between man and vehicle, and now with more extensive performance options available, you can construct the perfect Z06 to complement your driving style. The F55 Package includes Magnetic Selective Ride Control™ including Performance Traction Management (PTM), Michelin PS2 tires and black cup-style wheels. You can upgrade from there to the available Z07 Performance Package including all of the F55 Package elements along with Brembo® Carbon Ceramic Brakes and the Michelin PS Cup tires. Top it all off with the available carbon-fiber hood and Carbon Fiber Package option — which includes roof, splitter and rockers — to make your Z06 that much lighter and performance ready.
The available Magnetic Selective Ride Control™ stiffens suspension capability for twisty roads while providing a more compliant ride for city driving and freeways. Here's how it works. An electromagnetic coil resides inside each damper piston. When an electrical current is applied – variably controlled by a microprocessor – ferrous particles in the shock fluid instantly bond, making the fluid more flow resistant, effectively stiffening the shock's damping. Conversely, when the electromagnetic field is reduced, the fluid flows more freely, allowing easier suspension movement. There are two cockpit settings: Tour and Sport.
A luxury sports car carved of power, performance and prestige, ZR1 boasts a handcrafted LS9 638-horsepower supercharged V8 with titanium connecting rods and intake valves and a test track top speed of 205 mph. Experience 0-60 mph in only 3.4 seconds and 1.05g skid pad, or over 1.13g with available ZR1 High Performance Package (PDE), while nestled in a refined and luxurious interior. All while maintaining a fuel efficiency of 21 MPG highway2.
ZR1 is the fastest, most powerful car Chevrolet has ever produced, and rivals the world’s best luxury sports vehicles both on and off the track, and was the overall winner of the 2010 Car and Driver Lightning Lap competition, which pitted the ZR1 against the fastest cars in the world. And because it’s Corvette, it’s the only truly American sports car in the competitive class6.
ZR1 is powered by a 6.2-liter LS9 aluminum block V8 equipped with a 4-lobe Eaton® Twin Vortices Series™ supercharger with intercooler, and is handcrafted by our own skilled craftsmen at the GM Performance Build Center in Wixom, Michigan2. It delivers an SAE-certified 638 horsepower at 6500 rpm and 604 lb.-ft. of torque at 3800 rpm. The engine employs lightweight titanium intake valves and connecting rods and contains a high-performance dry-sump oil system, which distributes pressurized oil from an external reservoir to protect vital components under high-g driving conditions.
ZR1 engineers were passionate about maintaining a favorable power-to-weight ratio. So they specified high-strength, lightweight materials wherever possible including magnesium and carbon fiber. One example is the aluminum frame structure (the same one used on the C6.R race car), which weighs 138 lbs. less than an equivalent steel structure. Result: a power-to-weight ratio of 5.2 lbs. per horsepower.
The Michelin® Pilot® Sport Cup tires deliver powerful performance cornering, race-like reflexes, and consistent performance lap after lap. It’s everything Michelin has learned through its extensive Motorsports experience combined in one tire to achieve 1.13g skid pad and 8% more grip than standard PS2 tires, which amounts to 3 seconds saved per lap at Virginia International Raceway. Available with the PDE Package.
The ZR1 offers massive stopping power, thanks to its Brembo® Carbon Ceramic Brake rotors that weigh almost 50% less than equivalent cast-iron units. Besides reducing overall mass, they are capable of operating at 1,000° Celsius (as hot as molten lava) without warping. The system employs 6-piston front and 4-piston rear calipers engaging vented, cross-drilled rotors.
